You need both.

But if you had to choose one, content quality will always matter more.

What You Should Do Instead

Start with the commonly recommended posting times.

Then pay attention.

Look at your analytics.

Watch your engagement.

Notice patterns.

After a few weeks, you'll start learning things that no blog article can teach you.

Maybe your audience loves evening posts.

Maybe they engage most on weekends.

Maybe they are active early in the morning.

Every audience leaves clues.

Your job is simply to notice them.
